If you encounter any issues with your order please notify us as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after purchase/delivery. – We will not accept any complaints after this time frame.

Delivery charge is non refundable.

Perishable goods (frozen food & treats) cannot be returned or refunded.

With courier next day delivery we do not accept liability if you miss the pre-arranged delivery date. 

We offer free delivery by a Raw Galore staff member within 10 miles for orders over £40.00

Next Day Courier deliveries country wide are always on a pre-arranged day and vary in cost due to the weight of the delivery. No frozen food deliveries below 8kg.
